‘Til Death do you get Ripped Apart, by Scott A. Lerner

Sam is a small town lawyer in the Mid-West. As if the practice of law is not difficult enough by itself the forces of evil seem to follow him. This is not a hyperbole. You would not expect the practice of law to be a field where one would encounter the forces of darkness every now and then. In Sam’s case, human sacrifice, secret societies and spirits of the dead have a way of finding him even when he is trying to look in the other direction.

Sam is hired to represent a young woman in a divorce. Although, a short separation from the relationship may help clear one’s thoughts, it should not be taken too literally. Sam’s client is decapitated when her class E-type Jaguar strikes a Cheetos truck. It becomes clear that what started as a simple divorce may have an impact on the entire world.

Sam and his best friend Bob while investigating the car collision learn of a secret society bent on the destruction of society. Evil clowns, jesters, bikers and drug addicts intend to destroy the government. Their plan extends to the desire to put financial markets into a state of chaos and release the grip of multinational corporations on the world’s wealth. This society known as the Center Ring believes only through anarchy can the earth’s resources be returned to the common people.

‘Til Death do you get Ripped Apart is the sixth book in the Samuel Roberts Thriller series.
